The goal was simple. Create the highest-quality and most modular handheld light ever produced. Since we carry these tools daily just as you do, that means we knew exactly what needed to be done: In order to appeal to the greatest number of people, the system needed to be adjustable at both the light head and the tail cap.

And with that knowledge, The Mission Configurable Handheld was quickly born. Our customers spoke, and we listened. The MCH comes in a smaller package than most of its direct competitors. And it’s fully modular to fit your needs.

Tail Cap Configurations:

Critically, MCH allows the user to carefully select from an industry-first (and Patented) Adjustable Negligent Discharge protection system. Each light ships with the full ND Protection package and the user can now configure the tail cap for their respective needs. Be it deep-pocket carry or being at home on your plate carrier, the MCH is duty-grade in every way. And fully configurable to what you need. If your need changes, you just adjust the ND Protection accordingly with parts you already have.

MCH-HC:

A specialty option for those who need a High-Candela tool. MCH-HC dominates when you need to throw light a long distance. While giving the user useable spill, it is a substantially different beam pattern compared to the MCH-EDC. The MCH-HC is the choice if you need to defeat photonics barriers such as tough physical environments or things like windows tint, street lights or transient lighting conditions. Most will find it too intense for admin functionality in very enclosed spaces.

Specs for MCH-HC:

• 18350 Single Output option: 63,000 Candela/950 Lumens/50 minutes

• Uses a proprietary and customized Mil-Std coating on our Low-Iron AR glass that moves the light temperature from 6000K down to 5200k. This creates a penetrating white light that is warm enough to defeat photonics barriers and cool enough to be highly disruptive on target.

Fully Customizable:

You can fully optimize the tail cap as well. We are proud to offer an industry-first Negligent Discharge Protection system for the handheld that the end user can adjust as needed.

The shorter ND protector reduces the amount of shrouding around the switch and is ideal for anyone planning to use the Thyrm SwitchBack Technique. You are also able to easily utilize many of the other traditional low-light defensive techniques with this option.

The other 2 ND protectors offer progressively more robust ND protection as they create a hard barrier between the outside world and the light switch. This is optimal for concealed carry and EDC in instances where the light may be in your pocket and you need to avoid inadvertently turning that light on while seated, etc.

The best part? The entire ND Protection System comes with EVERY MCH. And these are easily interchanged by you, the end user. If you need to adjust the light from one role to the other, it can be done in about 10 seconds.

Battery Changing with Ease:

With the all new MCH, you are able to easily change the battery from the light head side of the MCH. The positive end always goes to the front of the light. And there is reverse polarity protection built in just in case.

Power:

The Micro MCH uses 1 Lithium Ion, Rechargeable, Flat-top, Unprotected 18350 which is included. It is also compatible with most button-top and protected cells however, some protected cells may be too long.

The Micro MCH does NOT accept CR123 batteries at this time. Use of CR123 batteries or any other unapproved cell will void your lifetime warranty.

Pocket Clip:

The MCH ships with a standard, metal deep-carry pocket clip that is made from spring steel and then heat-treated and black nitride plated. However, we are proud to partner with Thyrm, to provide the perfect SwitchBack for the Cloud Defensive MCH. (Photo coming soon)

**The metal pocket clip is currently seeing manufacturing delays. Currently we are shipping with the Thyrm Lo-Pro Clip. As soon as the metal pocket clip is ready to go, it will be on the site for sale and we will be sure to announce this as well.**

The Cloud Defensive-branded Thyrm MCH Switchback will be available for purchase at the time of launch. This does fit the Micro however it is a tight fit and will cause added resistance to removing the light from your pocket.

Materials and Durability:

The MCH is precision machined from Certified 6061-T6 aluminum.

Has a type III Anodized to MIL STD. “Hard coat”.

Has an IPX-8 waterproof rating. Fully submersible to 100 Ft. for 24 hours.

Warranty:

Similar to all Cloud Defensive products, the MCH is covered under our Transferable, Lifetime warranty.
