Refunds will be made in store credit only for items which are unopened in new condition without any signs of use or wear. Return process must be started within 14 days of you receiving your order. Once we have received your item, we will contact you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item. Once the item is used or opened, we cannot accept any returns and you will be charged return shipping.
You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

We will accept returns to the original form of payment, minus return shipping, for items found under our Range Equipment section. We do not make any of the gear found under the Range Equipment section so we cannot cover it for manufactured defects. However, we strive to only carry high quality equipment therefore an equipment failure should be rare. Should you have any issues please refer to the manufacture warranty.
If it's in stock and you are able to add it to cart and process the order, we have it in house. Once your order is placed the inventory is committed for your order.
Most of our orders ship same day if the order is placed before 3:00 p.m. MST (Monday - Friday or before 12:30 p.m. on Saturday). If placed after this time it should ship out the next business day.
