Return Policies



Courses & Gift Card Return Policy:


There are no refunds.

No refunds is a standard practice throughout the firearm training industry. Training is an investment of time and money for both the student and instructor. However, we understand there are situations which arise where one cannot attend. This should be an exception rather than the normal. If we are notified of your registration cancellation more than 30 days from the training course date, your payment (less a $25 cancellation fee) can be applied as a credit to another of our courses. This credit will expire after 1 year and the funds will be considered forfeited. No-shows without prior notice will not be given any such credit.


Before participating, all shooters will need to complete and sign the provided Training Waiver. This will be sent out shortly after registration and is required for all students prior to joining a course.


By completing the checkout process and signing up for a course, you agree that:

  • You have no physical infirmity that is a contraindication to firearms training, moving over uneven ground or being exposed to the weather, sun, rain, dust or other environmental exposures that may be encountered during this training. 
  • You understand, and are fully aware, that there are many inherent risks and hazards associated with using any firearms related equipment. You know full well that by participating in this activity you may be seriously injured or killed, even if you do nothing wrong. You expressly assume all such risks.
  • You understand that this training may involve the use of live ammunition. 
  • You understand that as a participant in this training, you will be responsible for any equipment that you may be required to supply. You understand that you should choose to bring and use high quality, safe, well maintained and reputable equipment.


Apparel Return Policy:


Refunds will be made in store credit only for items which are unopened in new condition without any signs of use or wear. Return process must be started within 14 days of you receiving your order. Once we have received your item, we will contact you.  We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item. Once the item is used or opened, we cannot accept any returns and you will be charged return shipping.



You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

Range Equipment Return Policy:


We will accept returns to the original form of payment, minus return shipping, for items found under our Range Equipment section. Items must be unopened in new condition without any signs of use or wear. Return process must be started within 14 days of you receiving your order. Once opened we cannot accept any returns.


We do not make any of the gear found under the Range Equipment section so we cannot cover it for manufactured defects. However, we strive to only carry high quality equipment therefore an equipment failure should be rare. Should you have any issues please refer to the manufacture warranty.

Shipping & Inventory Policies:


If it's in stock and you are able to add it to cart and process the order, we have it in house. Once your order is placed the inventory is committed for your order.



Most of our orders ship same day if the order is placed before 3:00 p.m. MST (Monday - Friday or before 12:30 p.m. on Saturday). If placed after this time it should ship out the next business day.  




Should you have any shipping issues (damaged or lost) please  contact us  and we will take care of you.
